Motorcyclist killed in Gopalganj road accident
GOPALGANJ, Oct 28, 2020 (BSS) – A motorcycle rider was killed as a passenger bus hit his motorcycle in Kashiani Upazila here this noon.
The deceased was identified as Oliur Rahman Biplab, 40, hailed from Ramdia village of the Upazila.
Officer-in-Charge of Kashiani Thana Azizur Rahman said the accident occurred when a bus hit the motorcycle near Dhushor Bridge on Dhaka-Khulna Highway, leaving the motorcycle rider dead on the spot.
Bhanga Highway police arrested the driver and seized the bus from the spot.
A case will be filed in this connection.
