Woman dies in Debiganj road accident
PANCHAGARH, OCT, 25, 2020 (BSS) – A women was killed in a road accident in Nutonbandar area under Debiganj upazila here today.
The victim was identified as Suborna Rani, 26, wife of Birendra Nath Roy of Mollikadho village under the upazila.
Her husband and two sons were also injured in the accident.
Quoting witnesses, police said they were coming to Debiganj from their home riding on a motorcycle. When they reached Nutonbandar area, a speedy truck knocked the motorcycle from behind. They fall down on the road, leaving Suborna dead on the spot.
Her husband Birendra Nath and two sons – Sahon (6) and Kabbo (15 months) are now undergoing treatment at Rangpur Medical College Hospital.
