DHAKA, Oct 25, 2020 (BSS) – Bangladesh Supreme Court authorities today cancelled lower civil court’s vacation from December 2 to December 15.
Supreme Court spokesperson and High Court Division Special Officer Mohammad Saifur Rahman confirmed the matter to BSS and said the apex court has released notification in this regard.
Signed by Registrar General Md Ali Akbar, the notification said as per the decision taken at the full court meeting of the judges of both the divisions of the Supreme Court, the vacation of lower civil court’s from December 2 to December 15 was cancelled.
The vacation from December 17 to 31 will be in effect.
