BNP should talk over development: Hanif
KUSHTIA, Oct 25, 2020 (BSS) – The Joint General Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League (AL) Mahbubul Alam Hanif here today said Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and its ultra-right wing allies should talk over the present development of the country side by side criticizing other activities of the government.
“Blaming the government cannot be the only job for a political party. BNP should talk for the wellbeing of the countrymen,” he said while addressing a meeting on Women Repression at Sadar upazila auditorium in Kushtia this morning.
Hanif also said that such activities of BNP men could damage the image of the country abroad.
Sommilito Samajik Jote organised the meeting chaired by Dr Amanur Aman. Professor Dr Mahbubul Arefin, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Jobaer Hossain and Ajoy Sureka of the Jote were present, among others.
