One held with phensidyl in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Oct 25, 2020 (BSS)- Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an alleged drug peddler with 335 bottles of phensidyl from Shibganj upazila in the district last night.
The arrested was identified as Sona Saha, 30, of Baroghoria Biswaspara under Chapainawabganj Sadar upazila.
RAB said, being informed, an operation team of RAB-5 from Chapainawabganj camp raided Harinagar Tantipara under Nayalabhanga union of Shibganj upazila in the district around 9 pm and arrested Sona with the phensidyl.
Later, the arrested person was handed over to the police of Shibganj thana and a case was lodged against him in this connection.
