Golam Quader, Bablu mourn death of Rafique-ul-Huq
DHAKA, Oct 24, 2020 (BSS) – Jatiya Party (JaPa) chairman and deputy leader of the opposition in parliament Golam Mohammad Quader today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of renowned lawyer Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq.
In a message of condolence, he said Barrister Rafique-ul-Haq was an ideal man for his honesty, integrity and stoutness.
Apart from this, Jatiya Party Secretary General Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu also expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of renowned lawyer and former attorney general Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq.
Golam Mohammad Quader said Barrister Rafique served as the attorney general with his extraordinary qualifications during Palli Bandhu Hussein Muhammad Ershad’s regime.
He said Rafique-ul-Huq will ever be remembered for his contribution to the legal profession in the country.
The JaPa chairman prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Barrister Rafique breathed his last at 8:30 in the morning while undergoing treatment at ICU in Ad-Deen Hospital here. He was 85.
