Seminar on mental health held at JU
SAVAR, Oct 20, 2020 (BSS) – A virtual seminar on mental health was held at Jahangirnagar University (JU) on Sunday evening.
The Student Welfare and Counselling Center of the university organized the seminar to provide mental support to the students, teachers and employees of the university.
JU Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Farzana Islam was present as the chief guest while psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Hedayetul Islam attended the event as chief speaker.
Presided over by the director of the Student Welfare and Counseling Center Prof. Md. Abdul Mannan Chowdhury, students, teachers, officers and employees
of the university participated in the seminar.
