RAJSHAHI, Oct 20, 2020 (BSS) – A man has been fined Taka 20,000 as compensation for filing a false and embarrassing case in the district today.
Senior Assistant Judge Abu Sayeed Subho passed the order. Apart from this, the court in sue motto has instructed for filing a criminal case against the plaintiff for placing fake deeds in the court.
According to the court sources, the plaintiff Sirajul Islam submitted three fake deeds to the court and the judge detected those tactically.
Upon the court order, a criminal case has also been lodged against the plaintiff Sirajul Islam for presenting fake deeds in court with a metropolitan magistracy cognizance court this noon.
