Training of Master Trainers ends in Gaibandha
GAIBANDHA, Oct 20, 2020(BSS) – The eight-day Master Trainers’ Training Campaign was held at the training room of Primary Teachers’ Training Institute of the town here on Sunday.
The objective of the training campaign was to improve the mathematical skill of the trainees so that they could provide quality and improved teaching on mathematics to the students from class one to class five of the schools with the knowledge acquired from the campaign, office sources said.
A total of 30 enthusiastic assistant upazila education officers, instructors of the upazila resource centres including teachers coming from seven upazilas of the district took part in the training campaign, office sources said.
Earlier, Deputy commissioner (DC) Abdul Matin formally inaugurated the training campaign on Thursday as the chief guest and district primary education officer (DPEO) M. Hossain Ali was present at the event as the special guest while superintendent of the institute Mosammat Samsia Akter Begum presided over the ceremony.
DC Abdul Matin in his speeches asked the trainees to complete the training properly for its successful implementation in the class rooms in a bid to make the training campaign a grand success.
DPEO Hossain Ali in his speeches advised the trainees to be more serious, punctual and professional in discharging their duties aimed at producing meritorious students from the schools so that the students could be worthy citizens of the country and lead the nation towards desired development by using their merits.
