Two held with phensidyl in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Oct 9, 2020 (BSS)- Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested two alleged drug peddlers with 230 bottles of phensidyl from Shibganj upazila in the district last night.
The arrested were identified as Md. Nazmul Hoque, 30, of Namochakpara village under Shahbajpur union of Shibganj upazila in Chapainawabganj district and Md. Nazimul Hoque, 42, of Ajmatpur Hodma village under the same union.
RAB said, an operation team of RAB-5 from Chapainawabganj camp, being informed, raided a mango orchard at Naldubri village under Shahbajpur union of Shibganj upazila at 11 pm and arrested the duo with the bottles of phensidyl.
Later, the arrested persons were handed over to the police and a case was recorded with the police station.
