NARYANGANJ, Oct 6, 2020 (BSS) – A court here today placed the main
accused in Noakhali woman repression incident Delwar Hossain on a
two-day remand.
Narayanganj Senior Judicial Magistrate Fahmida Khatun passed the
order this afternoon when Siddhirganj police produced Delwar before
the court with a seven-day remand prayer in connection with an arms
case.
After the hearing, the court granted a two-day remand.
RAB arrested Delwar, chief of ‘Delwar Bahini’ from Shimrail area in
Narayanganj on Monday with arms in connection with the repression of a
woman in Noakhali’s Begumganj.
