DHAKA, Oct 01, 2020 (BSS) – The government today extended closure of all educational institutions across the country till October 31 in a bid to contain the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
A statement signed by Mohammad Abul Khair, public relations officer of the Education Ministry, said all educational institutions except Qwami Madrasas will remain closed till October 31.
This decision has been taken to ensure the safety of the students, it added.
All educational institutions have been closed to prevent the spread of Coronavirus since March 17.
