Bangladesh Navy distributes relief at Shatkhira
DHAKA, Sept 28, 2020 (BSS) – Bangladesh Navy (BN) today distributed relief, rescue and medical assistance in the aftermath of super cyclone Amphan which recently lashed the coastal districts with strong wind and heavy rains.
Under the supervision of Commander Khulna Naval area BN distributed rickshaw, van, sewing machine, water pump and cattle among 50 families at Joyakhali union under shyamnagar upazila on Shatkhira.
Besides, food and publice awareness programmes also organized at Barguna Sadar upazila, Aamtali, Betagi, Bamna, Patharghata and Taltoli upazila.
They will continue their supporting activities among the people said an Inter Services Public Relations Directorate (ISPR) release.
