Certificate award ceremony of BAF flying instructors’ course held
BOGURA, Sept 24, 2020 (BSS) – The certificate award ceremony of 58 no Flying Instructors’ Course of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) was held at Flying Instructors’ School (FIS) in Arulia Air Field here today.
Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat addressed the ceremony as the chief guest and distributed certificates among 11 course participants in the Flying Instructors’ Course, an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release said.
Addressing the function, air chief appreciated the participants for being part of the respectable group of Flying Instructors who will train the ab-initio pilots to defend the sky of beloved motherland.
A total of 10 officers of Bangladesh Air Force and one officer from Bangladesh Navy received the certificates on the successful completion of the Flying Instructors’ Course. Squadron Leader Mohammad of 58 no. Flying Instructors’ Course was awarded the prestigious ‘Mofiz Trophy’ for his outstanding performance during the course.
Officer Commanding of Flying Instructors’ School (FIS) Group Captain Mohammad Moniruzzaman Hawlader presented a brief description on the course conducted by the school.
Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Bir Sreshto Matiur Rahman, Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Kamrul Islam and senior officers of Bangladesh Armed Forces were present on the occasion.
