Mobile court fines two traders in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Sept 22, 2020 (BSS) – A mobile court fined two traders for producing illegal polythene bags and keeping expired trade licence in the district this afternoon.
The mobile court, conducted by Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) along with executive magistrate Md. Ashraful Hoque, raided Bismillah Packaging Factory at Masjidpara in Chapainawabganj town and fined Taka 35,000 to its owner Md. Jamal Uddin, 33, son of late Taslim Uddin of Kamlakantapur under Shibganj upazila in the district for producing illegal polythene bags, RAB sources said.
Later, in another raid at Razzaq Traders under Puratan Bazar in the town, the mobile court fined Taka 15,000 to its owner Md. Shariful Islam, 40, son of late Abdur Razzaq of Chandlai village under Chapainawabganj municipality for keeping expired trade licence.
