One held with 300 litres wine in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Sept 20, 2020 (BSS) – Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an alleged drug peddler with 300 litres of locally produced ‘Cholai’ wine from Amnura Miapara in sadar upazila of the district last night.
RAB said, acting on a tip off, an operation team of RAB-5 from Chapainawabganj camp raided the area at around 8.30 pm and arrested Md. Liton along with the wine.
Later the arrested person was handed over to the police of Chapainawabganj sadar thana.
A case was recorded against him with the concerned police station.
