DHAKA, Sept 19, 2020 (BSS) – Minister for Road Transport and Bridges and General Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League Obaidul Quader today planted two saplings on the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban premises.
As part of the programme of planting one crore saplings announced by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on the occasion of Bangabandhu’s birth centenary, saplings of various trees are being planted in the Parliament building area at the initiative of the Speaker of Parliament.
Chief arborist Sheikh Mohammad Kudrat-i Khuda and other officials of the Parliament Secretariat were present at the time.
