Mohammadpur Taekwondo Club emerge champions
DHAKA, Sept. 19, 2020 (BSS)- Mohammadpur Taekwondo Club clinched title of the 1st Mujib Barsha Bangladesh Taekwondo Online Club Poomsae Championship that concluded today.
Mohammadpur Taekwondo Club won twenty four medals including twelve gold, seven silver and five bronze to clinch the title while Dhanmondi Taekwondo Club finished runners-up with eighteen medals including eight gold, seven silver and three bronze medals.
Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation (BTF) president Morshed Hossain Kamal was the chief guest on the closing ceremony and distributed the prizes.
BTF general secretary Mahmudul Hasan Rana and other BTF members were also present at the closing ceremony.
A total of 150 Taekwondo players from thirty clubs across the country are taking part in the two-day meet that was organised by on the occasion of birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
