ACC staff Jillur Rahman and ASM Abu Jafar Biswas testified at Dhaka Special Judge Court 4 and were cross-examined by the defence afterwards. After their cross-examination, Judge Sheikh Nazmul Alam adjourned the hearing till October 7.

Four prosecution witnesses out of the total 17 have so far testified in the case.

The court on March 18 framed charges in the case against the two accused.

Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge KM Imrul Qayes on February 9 accepted the charge-sheet and transferred the case for further proceedings to Dhaka Special Judge Court 4.
