Housewife killed, 3 injured in Shibganj road mishap
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, September 14, 2020 (BSS): A housewife was killed and her three relatives were injured in a road mishap at Mohodipur on the Chapainawabganj-Sonamasjid highway in Shibganj upazila of the district this afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Tulon Begum, 40, wife of Tozammel Hossain of Koilar Diar village under Shibganj upazila of the district.
Police and locals said, Tulon met the accident when she was going to her father’s home accompanying her father, husband and son by a CNG from Chapainawabganj at around 2 pm.
As they reached Mohodipur, a Nasimon (local-made human hauler) coming from the opposite direction hit their CNG injuring all four inmates of the CNG .
The critically four injured were rushed to Shibganj Upazila Health Complex where on duty doctors declared Tulon dead, said Officer -In -Charge of Shibganj thana Shamsul Alam Shah .
The conditions of her relatives are stated to be out of danger but they are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
