Salman mourns ex-Notre Dame College principal Richard’s death
DHAKA, Sept 13, 2020 (BSS) – Prime Minister’s Private Industry and Investment Adviser Salman Fazlur Rahman expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of one of the founders of Notre Dame College and its ex-principal Father Richard William Timm CSC.
In a condolence message, he said “I am deeply saddened to learn that one of the founders of Notre Dame College, former Superior of the Congregation of Holy Cross in Dhaka, an all-time true friend of Bangladesh, and my teacher whom I admired greatly, the Reverend Father Richard William Timm CSC passed away.”
Father Richard William Timm CSC breathed his last on September 11 in the United State at the age of 97.
He was the sixth principal of Notre Dame College, Dhaka.
