One held with yaba tablets in Jamalpur
JAMALPUR, Sept 11, 2020 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive arrested a drug peddler with 350 pieces of contraband yaba tablets from Masterpara village in Dewanganj upazila here on Thursday evening.
The arrested was identified as Md Ful Miah, 40, son of Mohammad Ali of Makhaner Char village under Dewanganj upazila of the district.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of the RAB-14 conducted a raid in Masterpara village, a remote area of the upazila, and nabbed Ful Miah, RAB sources said.
The RAB members recovered 350 pieces of yaba tablets from his possession.
A case was registered with Dewanganj Model Police Station in this connection.
