Anisul mourns death of former Indian President Pranab Mukherjee
DHAKA, Aug 31, 2020 (BSS) – Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of former Indian President Pranab Mukherjee.
In a message of condolence, the law minister recalled Pranab’s contribution to the politics of Indian National Congress and politics of India as a whole, saying he was awarded India’s highest civilian honour, the Bharat Ratna, for his outstanding contribution to his nation.
Anisul Huq prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
