ASHURA-PROGRAMME
Discussion on holy Ashura at Baitul Mukarram tomorrow
DHAKA, Aug 28, 2020 (BSS) – A discussion on the significance of the
holy Ashura will be held at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the
capital after Johr prayers tomorrow.
A doa and munajat will also be offered there, said a press release
of Islamic Foundation.
Baitul Mukarram National Mosque senior pesh imam moulana Mizanur
Rahman will conduct the doa and munajat.
The holy Ashura, commemorating the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hossain
Ibn Ali (RA), a grandson of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon
Him), will be observed across the country on Sunday with due religious
solemnity.
