Armenia records 181 new COVID-19 cases
YEREVAN, Aug. 28, 2020 (BSS/XINHUA) — Armenia on Friday reported 181 new COVID-19 cases, bringing its total to 43,451, according to the National Center for Disease Control.
Data from the center showed that 276 more patients recovered in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 37,264.
Meanwhile, five people died in the same period, raising the death toll to 869.
The center said over 202,253 people have been tested for COVID-19 since the country reported its first case on March 1.
