Three arrested with yaba in Dhaka
DHAKA, Aug 28, 2020 (BSS) – Dhaka metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested three alleged drug traders, including two women, from the city’s Jatrabari area and seized 6,500 contraband yaba pills from their possession.
The arrestees were Jesmin Akhter Salma, 30, Roushni, 25, and Md Didar, 41, a DMP press release said today.
A DMP team, led by assistant commissioner of its Wari Intelligence Division, conducted a raid in Shanir Akhra area of Jatrabari on Thursday evening and arrested the three alleged drug traders when they were selling yaba pills.
A case was filed with Jatrabari Police Station in this regard.
