Nilphamari AL distributes saplings, face masks
NILPHAMARI, Aug 26, 2020 (BSS) – Marking the 45th martydom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Nilphamari upazila unit Awami League today distributed saplings and facemasks among people in the district town.
Sadar upazila AL distributed the saplings and masks around 11 am at Chowrongi intersection of the district town.
General Secretary of district unit AL Mamotazul Haque, president of sadar upazila AL Abujar Rahman, General Secretary Wadud Rahman, city unit AL president Moshfiqul Islam, general secretary Arif Hossain Moon and Chhatra League leader Masud Sarker were present, among others.
A total of 15,000 masks and 20,000 saplings will be distributed by the upazila Awami League in the district, said Wadud Rahman.
