FENI, Aug 26, 2020 (BSS) – Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Cumilla has selected 258 students for providing scholarship for their brilliant results in SSC examination this year.
Among the students 59 were selected for merit scholarship and 175 for general scholarship while 24 more students would get stipend money in upazila quota in the district.
Cumilla Education Board revealed the scholarship list on August 24.
The students who earned merit scholarship would get Tk 600 per mount while the students who acquired general scholarship to get Tk 300. Besides, the students who earned merit scholarship would get Tk 900 yearly for buying books and educational supportive stuff.
Students who have been selected for scholarship in the district mostly came from science group while Feni Girls Cadet College was on top according to GPA-5 and pass percentage.
