Dhaka, 25 Aug, 2020 (BSS) – The results of the first phase of online admission in Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) for the 2020-21 academic year will be released at 8 pm tonight.
Results will be notified to students via SMS. Simultaneously a code number will be sent which has to be collected for admission, according to the inter-education board coordination sub-committee has given this information.
And the results of admission in class XI can also be known on the web site scheduled for admission, said a release.
In the Corona situation, the application for admission in class XI for the academic year 2020-21 started on August 9 and ended on September 15.
Online application for the first phase of admission of HSC and Alim students in Class XI has started from August 9 and ended on August 20.
Students will have to confirm the selection from Wednesday to next Sunday (August 26 to August 30) at 8 pm or else, the first stage application will be rejected.
Applications for the second phase will be accepted from August 31 to September 2. The results will be released on September 4 according to the order of preference.
Selection confirmation for the second stage students on September 5 and 6 If the student does not confirm the selection, the 2nd stage selection and application will be canceled as well.
The third phase of the application will be accepted on September 6 and 7. The results will be released on September 10.
In the third stage, the selection of the student must be confirmed from 11 to 12 September.
Last May 31, SSC and equivalent results were published. A total of 16 lakh 90 thousand 523 candidates from nine general education boards and madrasa and technical education boards have passed the examination. A total of 1 lakh 35 thousand 698 candidates got GPA-5, those who are waiting for admission in class XI.
