Kamal mourns death of Bir Uttam CR Dutta
DHAKA, Aug 25, 2020 (BSS) – Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of one of the sector commanders of the War of Liberation Major General (Retd) Chitta Ranjan Dutta, popularly known as CR Dutta, Bir Uttam.
In a message of condolence, the minister prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
The veteran freedom fighter breathed his last this morning at a hospital in the USA’s Florida at the age of 93.
