Car crash in Uzbekistan kills six
TASHKENT, Aug 18, 2020 (BSS/XINHUA) – A two-car crash in southern Uzbekistan has killed six people, including two children, the country’s traffic police said Tuesday.
The two vehicles collided head-on on Monday afternoon on a highway in Jarkurgan district of Surkhandarya region, the police said. Five people were injured, including a child.
A criminal case has been opened and an investigation is underway, police added.
