KILLING-ELECTROCUTION
Mother, daughter electrocuted in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, Aug 18, 2020 (BSS) – A woman and her daughter died after being electrocuted in Adhunagar area under Lohagara upazilas of the district today.
The deceased were identified as Rasheda Akter, 38, and her 12-year-old daughter Moyna, hailed from the area.
Jakir Hossain, officer-in-charge (OC) of Lohagara thana told BSS that Rasheda and her daughter were electrocuted while collecting vegetables from a waterbody near their residence in the area behind NRB Global Bank under Lohagara upazila of the district around 8 am.
Both were rushed to Chattogram Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) for autopsy, the OC added.
