DHAKA, Aug 18, 2020 (BSS) – Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of the country’s first female photographer Sayeeda Khanam.
In a message of condolence, the premier said, “She (Sayeeda Khanam) will remain alive in the heart of people through her works.”
She prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Sayeeda Khanam breathed her last at her city’s Banani residence around 3am today at the age of 83.
