Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Riva Ganguly Das unfurled the Indian national flag and read out her President’s address to the Nation, a press release said here.
Members of the Indian community in Dhaka joined the event over social media, owing to the need for maintaining social distancing under the prevailing COVID pandemic.
