Murad condoles death of music director Alauddin Ali
DHAKA, Aug 10, 2020 (BSS) – State Minister for Information Dr Md Murad Hassan today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of renowned music director, composer and lyricist Alauddin Ali.
In a condolence message, the state minister recalled Ali’s contributions to the country’s film industry and said it is a matter of long time to make up the loss caused by the death of Ali in the country’s cultural sector.
Murad prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
National Award winning music director Alauddin Ali breathed his last while undergoing treatment at a city hospital at 5:30pm on Sunday at the age of 67.
