2 workers die while cleaning septic tank in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, Aug 9, 2020 (BSS) -Two workers died by gas poisoning while cleaning a septic tank of a building in Harbatali area of Akbarshah thana in the city this morning.
The deceased were identified as Md Raju, 30, and Md Raihan, 26, both are hailed from Noahkhali district.
Police and fire service personnel recovered their bodies and sent them to Chattogram Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) morgue for autopsy.
Mostafizur Rahman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Akbarshah thana confirmed the incident and said both of them were construction workers.
