” At least 21 BN members were injured, one of them is in critical condition and now under treatment in the American university of Beirut medical Centre,” said the press release here today.

The rest of them are stable and they were admitted to the Hamoud Hospital, it added.

During the explosion, BN ship BNS Bijoy, was anchored at the Beirut port.

Bangladeshi ambassador in Lebanon, Major General Jahangir Al Mosthidur Rahman visited the Navy ship immediately after the explosion and took all necessary measures to send the injured to the hospital.
