Armenia reports 196 new COVID-19 cases
YEREVAN, Aug. 4, 2020 (BSS/XINHUA) — Armenia on Tuesday reported 196 new COVID-19 cases, bringing its total to 39,298, according to the National Center for Disease Control.
Data from the center showed that 511 more patients recovered in the past 24 hours, taking the total number of recoveries to 30,372.
Meanwhile, six people died in the same period, raising the death toll to 768.
The center said over 168,164 people have been tested for COVID-19 since the country reported its first case on March 1.
