PM’S principal secretary distributes relief goods in Manikganj
MANIKGANJ, Aug 4, 2020 (BSS) – Prime Minister’s Principal Secretary Dr Ahmad Kaikaus on Monday visited inundated areas of Shibalaya upazila including Paturiaghat of the district and distributed relief goods among the flood affected people.
Md Abdul Aziz, Director General of Prime Minister Office-2, S M Ferdous, Deputy Commissioner of Manikganj, Rifat Rahman Shamim, Superintendent of Police, Md. Mainuddin, Executive Engineer of Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB), B M Ruhul Amin Rimon, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO), Shibalaya and Farashid Bin Tamim, Assistant Commissioner (Land), among others, accompanied him on the occasion.
The principal secretary also visited river eroded Jaforganj, Teota, Nihalpur, Onnaypur, Dashkandi, Paturiaghat, Maluchi and adjacent areas by a speed boat.
