Moinul Kabir gets current charge as secretary of legislative division
DHAKA, Aug 3, 2020 (BSS) – The government today appointed Md Moinul Kabir as Secretary (current charge) of Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division.
Kabir, who is the additional secretary (drafting) of the same division, would observe the new duty until passing of further order, said a Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division gazette signed by joint secretary (administration) Dr Md Zakerul Abedin.
Md Moinul Kabir joined judicial cadre service on January 26, 1991, through ninth BCS and observed duties of assistant judge and senior assistant judge in Mymensingh, Faridpur and Chandpur district and judge courts.
He joined the Law Ministry on July 5, 1998, as senior assistant secretary (drafting) and became additional secretary (drafting) at Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division on May 28, 2019.
