36 more test positive for COVID-19 in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Aug 2, 2020 (BSS)- A total of 36 more people were tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) in the district on Sunday, raising the total cases to 484.
Civil Surgeon (CS) of Chapainawabganj Dr. Jahid Nazrul Chowdhury said, “We found the results after testing 188 samples at National Institute of Laboratory Medicine and Referral Centre, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka and Rajshahi Medical College Hospital PCR Lab.
A total of seven persons have, so far, died of COVID-19 and 226 patients have recovered from the disease in the district, he added.
