Vietnam records 11 new COVID-19 cases in community

HANOI, July 27,2020 (BSS/XINHUA) — Vietnam reported 11 new cases of COVID-19 infection in the community on Monday, bringing its total confirmed cases to 431 with zero death so far, according to the country’s Ministry of Health.

The 11 new cases included local residents of central Da Nang city and patients and staff of Da Nang Hospital, said the ministry, noting that they aged 24 to 70.

Among 431 COVID-19 patients in Vietnam, 365 have recovered as of Monday, said the ministry.

Vietnam has recorded no death of COVID-19 so far while nearly 12,000 people have been quarantined and monitored in the country, Vietnam News Agency reported.
