Amu mourns death of Israfil Alam MP
DHAKA, July 27, 2020 (BSS) – Awami League (AL) Advisory Council member as well as central 14-party coordinator and spokesperson Amir Hossain Amu today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of M Israfil Alam MP of Naogaon-6 constituency.
In a condolence message, Amu said Israfil was tested and one of the dedicated leaders of the party. He was a friend of the toiling people, he added.
Amu prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Israfil Alam breathed his last at city’s Square hospital this morning at the age of 55.
