Drug trader arrested with yaba in Sylhet
SYLHET, July 23, 2020 (BSS) – Police arrested a alleged drug trader with 30,000 pieces of yaba tablets from his possessions.
The arrestee is Khaled Miah, 22, of Shimultola, detained from Bishwanath upazila under the district.
“A team of detective branch (DB) of Sylhet district police arrested him last night and recovered 30,000 pieces of yaba tablets and a motorbike from his possession,” Additional Police Super of district Police Lutfur Rahman said today.
The detained person along with recovered goods handed over to the Bishwanath Police Station and a case was filed in this connection.
