7 safety-rule violators fined Tk 1,900 in Rajshahi
RAJSHAHI, July 23, 2020 (BSS)- A mobile court has penalized seven persons on charge of their violations of health safety rules at different areas in the city today.
Led by Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Tariqul Islam, the mobile court conducted drives at various places like Zero Point, RDA Market, New Market, Borokuthi and Kazihata and found them guilty of non-wearing of facemask.
Subsequently, they were fined Taka 1,900.
Magistrate Islam said such type of drive will be conducted in the days to come at more other areas in the district to contain coronavirus spread.
