21 held in Habiganj
HABIGANJ, June 27, 2018 (BSS) – Law enforcers arrested 21 persons
including four drug traders, 12 wanted accused and five accused in regular
cases from different areas of the district in last 12-hour ending at 9am this
morning.
Law enforcers also seized 6-kg Ganja and 1,030 pieces of Yaba tablets
during the drives.
Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl.SP) A S M Shamsur Rahman Bhuiyan
said, they were picked up from different areas of the district on different
charges.
Several cases, including charges of subversive activities, are pending with
different police stations against the arrested persons, the sources added.
The arrested were sent to jail.
