Mobile court fines 2 hospitals in Uttara tk10 lakh
DHAKA, July 21, 2020 (BSS) –A mobile court of DMP has fined Tk 10 lakh for raiding Shin-Shin Japan Hospital and Lake View Specialized Hospital in Sector 11 of Uttara West Police Station.
The fine was imposed on Monday afternoon by a joint operation led by DMP’s Executive Magistrate MdSaiful Islam and PathanMdSaiduzzaman.
Shin-Shin Japan Hospital was fined taka 500,000 for keeping expired drugs in the pharmacy, not having price tag in the medicine bottle and dirty environment, said a DMP press release today.
In another drive, Lake View Specialized Hospital was fined taka 500,000 for its registration expiring and using the ICU without approval, it added.
