2 drug traders held in Sylhet
SYLHET, July 20, 2020 (BSS) – Police arrested two alleged drug traders with yaba tablets in the city’s West Peer Mahallya area last night.
The arrestees were identified as Rashed Ahmed, 19, son of Taher Ali of Fenchuganj and Sabuj Chowdhury, 19 son of Shanu Miah of Beanibazar Upazila of the district.
Acting on secret information, a team of the Sylhet Airport Police conducted a raid in the area around 10.15 pm and arrested the two drug traders .
The team , later recovered 105 pieces of yaba tablets from their possessions after searching their bodies .
A case was filled with Sylhet Airport Police Station in this connection
