Zaheed Farooque wins battle against Covid-19
DHAKA, July 18, 2020 (BSS) – State Minister for Water Resources Zaheed Farooque finally won the battle against COVID-19, a deadly virus that created mayhem around the world.
The state minister returned to his Baridhara residence in city this morning after his test report came negative in the evening of July 17, an official release said.
He is currently in good health, it added.
Zaheed Farooque was tested corona positive and was admitted to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in capital on July 1.
He is hoped to return to office after taking rest for few days, the release continued.
The state minister expressed gratitude to all his supporters and well-wishers who have prayed for him.
He also sought blessings from all so that he could do more in service of the country and people.
