Police arrests 74 for drug related offences in capital
DHAKA, July 14, 2020 (BSS) – Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) in separate drives arrested 74 persons over different drug related offences in the capital.
During the drives, conducted from Monday 6am till 6pm today, police also recovered 2,110 pieces of yaba tablets, 16 grams of heroin, 2.91-kg ganja and 122 bottles of phensedyl from their possessions, said a DMP release here today.
A total of 47 cases have been lodged with concerned police stations in this regard.
